Man. I woke up two hours ago, and all I can think about is how much I want to go back to sleep. I've been trying to have lucid dreams, but no luck so far.

For those who don't know, a lucid dream is when you know you're dreaming, and can then transform the dream into whatever you want... Riding a roller coaster over the ocean, for example! Anyway, there are a bunch of methods to go about having a lucid dream, but it hasn't worked with me so far.

I need to get back into writing. It's SO easy to just let myself be lazy on a day off from work, and spend hours reading fanfiction. I suppose it could be worse- I could just watch TV all day. At least reading allows me to examine the technique being displayed.

I ordered three new pairs of glasses last night from zennioptical.com for only $70.00. It was awesome- I may have to order more, just cause the pricing is phenomenal. I can get a prescription pair of glasses for $8.00. How crazy is that?

I've kinda fallen in love with the TV show Merlin lately. It has a Legend of the Seeker vibe, only with two gorgeous boys instead of just one. I have a huge celebrity crush on Arthur- how pathetic is that?

I'm hoping to post some of my songs on here soon. Maybe tomorrow afternoon I'll record a bit.

Well, that's all for now!

(Okay, kinda belated due to a bit of stress, but still.)

Once again, welcome to DW, and congrats to your first post!

I think I have lucid dreams about four times a year, so... rarely. What bugs me most is that my dreams don't tend to get better once I can control them, which sucks because it seems everyone and their grandmother is always having crazy dreams about fandom and overall good stuff...
Any special reason why you're trying to get lucid dreams, or is it just curiosity? :)

Also, I really need to find out which channels air Merlin and Legend of the Seeker and when, since I don't think video rental stores have the series on DVD for people to borrow. At least not over here in the southwestern German countryside. -.-

I'm already looking forward to what kind of music you do; a friend of mine is a passionate violinist and compiles dance and trance music in her spare time (she's awesome! :D), so I'm really curious as to what's your genre in that respect. :)
